Run, Ride, Row Charity Race

Rolls Royce Charity Event - Saturday 8th June 2019

On Saturday 8th June, a department within Rolls Royce at Derby held a charity event in support of Ivy House School. This was planned and led by Howard Williams and Robert Rowan (Rolls Royce) and we are very thankful for their time and support in making it such a success!

There were 3 events that participants were able to complete, either individually or in teams. 

• 5km Run
• 20km Bike ride
• 5km Indoor row

The event was well attended by supporters and so far the amount of money raised is in excess of £700. We would like to say a HUGE thank you to all of those who took part and helped to raise the money. The funding will be used to support a number of projects in school, including updating important communication software across the site and purchasing specialist resources, such as communication switches.
