MOVE Day - 1st July 2021

We are very excited to be taking part in this year's national MOVE Day, on Thursday 1st July 2021. The focus this time around is Move Marvels and so we're asking that you dress up as a super hero for the day.

The plan for the day is:-

• At 10.30am and 2.00pm, all classes will open their doors and turn up their speakers to play "Superman" song by Black Lace. All staff and students will join in and have fun in their 'bubbles'!

• There will be an obstacle course on the playground for our 'superheroes' to rescue the person in distress. The activities will include knocking down a "brick wall", going under a cargo net, walking along a beam and pushing hanging items out of the way. 

• We will be having fun in class groups doing lots of super hero themed activities whilst practising MOVE skills.

• Each class will produce either a video or a PowerPoint showcasing what they've done during the day and we'll share these before the summer break.

It will be a great day for all our students and staff!
