Data Protection and GDPR
From 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force, which updated data procedures nationally. The old Data Protection Act 1998 has been repealed, and the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 has since become the law and legislation in regards to this.
Ensuring compliance is an ongoing process and we are working closely with our appointed Data Protection Officer, who is providing guidance and support on data protection legislation and regulation across the school.
Data Protection Officer: Natalie Kennedy (SET Officer)
